Having grown up in Crescent Beach, my family is deeply rooted in our community. My natural curiosity for life coupled with my passion for real estate and a commitment to providing results for my clients has made me a top producer.
My family has been closely tied to the Crescent Beach, South Surrey and White Rock areas since the early 1940’s when my grandparents were drawn to the fabulous Crescent Beach community. At 13 I worked for my father pumping gas at the Crescent Beach Marina, keeping me busy during slower times, inviting all of his friends down to have their cars detailed, teaching me the importance of a strong work ethic, which I carry through today.
I am a proud member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and The White Rock/South Surrey Chamber of Commerce. I sit on the Board of Directors for the Beach House Theatre and I am a proud sponsor of the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation and the Crescent Beach Concours D’Elegance.
Originally licensed in 1990 at the age of 20, I found my niche and I’ve been in sales ever since. After 8 years in Real Estate, I was offered a position with an International Advertising company, ultimately leading me into the Management of the Sales Training department. During this time, I had my amazing daughters, Liv and Phoebe and found my way back to the Real Estate industry. In 2006, I returned to represent some of the Top Real Estate development companies and inevitably coming back to residential resale.
Having achieved Top 5% Medallion Club in both the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and Vancouver Real Estate Board, I consider myself a leader in negotiation and conflict resolution. To date, I have negotiated properties with a combined value of over seven hundred and fifty million dollars and climbing in the Lower Mainland.
In addition to being an established top producer in the Lower Mainland, my breadth of knowledge on real estate markets has expanded to include clientele from around the world.
