Senior Vice President, Sales
Philip, a native of Vancouver, personifies the essence of the real estate industry. Since 2003, he has forged a thriving career as a realtor, specializing in residential properties. Philip’s professional journey commenced in 1990 when he successfully completed the BCIT Marketing Real Estate program, establishing a rock-solid foundation for his expertise. In the 1990s, his passion for events briefly steered his focus as he immersed himself behind the scenes, owning and promoting some of British Columbia’s most prestigious sporting events.
As a devoted husband to his wife Lee and proud father of twin sons and a daughter, Philip’s personal life brings him immense joy. Many may recognize him as the co-host of the immensely popular HGTV show “Urban Suburban,” where he offered invaluable guidance to buyers across the nation grappling with the decision between city living and the charm of the suburbs.
Deeply committed to his local community, Philip actively engages in various philanthropic endeavors. Presently, he channels his efforts into raising funds for organizations such as the Beach House Theatre, BC Women’s Hospital Foundation, and White Rock Renegades, among others. Philip’s success stems from his ability to cater to the unique needs of his resale clients while simultaneously establishing a prosperous niche by collaborating with local developers. Additionally, he has ventured into the renovation of multi-family buildings, expanding his portfolio to include several holding properties on Vancouver Island and, more recently, in Palm Desert, California.
Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Philip completed the rigorous two-year BCIT Marketing Real Estate course in 1990. During his leisure time, he indulges in his passion for music by leading his band, Philth, and also holds a certification as a tennis coach.
